so… today Parker came to observe his first dance competition with me and i have to say it was amazing… i always see significant others bored out of their minds at these events… but he was engaging in conversations about what was going on and how things were running… and helping me out anytime that he could… it made for a brilliantly perfect day… 

but it got better when we got home… we had left corkie out of his cage for the first time ever while we were gone and it ended up being a much longer day then we had anticipated… so we kind of figured there may be a slight mess when we got home…

not.at.all!!!!

corkie didn’t touch a thing and there were no potty mishaps… frankly looking at his food and water intake , he must not have moved around too much from waiting by the door for us… and he wasn’t barking!!  slightly heartbreaking but mostly beautiful to the soul!!

i am the proudest parent right now… unbelievably good behavior… 

i am so lucky on all levels.
